In der App werden keine personenbezogenen Daten gespeichert.
Ausschließlich zum Zweck der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der App werden Daten an Google Analytics versendet, wobei die IP anonymisiert wird. Protokolliert werden hierbei die Aufrufe der Screens, sowie die Erfolge des Nutzers, konkret: mit welchem Ergebnis wurde welches Level gespielt. Es werden Werbeeinblendungen durch den Dienst Admob von Google geladen.

Verwendung von Google Analytics
Diese App benutzt Google Analytics, einen Webanalysedienst der Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics verwendet sog. "Cookies", Textdateien, die auf Ihrem Computer gespeichert werden und die eine Analyse der Benutzung der App durch Sie ermöglichen. Die durch den Cookie erzeugten Informationen über Ihre Benutzung dieser App werden in der Regel an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und dort gespeichert. Aufgrund der Aktivierung der IP-Anonymisierung auf dieser App, wird Ihre IP-Adresse von Google jedoch innerhalb von Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Union oder in anderen Vertragsstaaten des Abkommens über den Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum zuvor gekürzt. Nur in Ausnahmefällen wird die volle IP-Adresse an einen Server von Google in den USA übertragen und dort gekürzt. Die im Rahmen von Google Analytics übermittelte IP-Adresse wird nicht mit anderen Daten von Google zusammengeführt.
Eine entsprechende Option zur Aktivierung der IP-Anomnymisierung ist innerhalb dieser App aktiviert.

The App Mind A Way does not store personally identifiable data.
To optimize and develop the app some data is sended to Google Analytics. The IP is anonymous. The data contains the name of the visisted screens and what levels are played and how many points the user reached.
Advertising
The App uses Google Admob Service to show advertising.

- sending statistics to Google Analytics

Usage of Google Analytics
Use of Google Analytics with anonymization
This App uses Google Analytics, a analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. Google Analytics employs so-called cookies, text files that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use.
The information generated by these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your usage of the app, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google's location in the US and stored there.
We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymization feature in the app. In doing so, Google abbreviates and thereby anonymizes your IP address before transferring it from member states of the European Union or signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
Google states that it will in never associate your IP address with other data held by Google.
On the basis of the Federal Data Protection Act, you may contact us if you have questions relating to the collection, processing or use of your personal information, if you wish to request the correction, blocking or deletion of the same, or if you wish to cancel explicitly granted consent. Please note that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or to have personal data deleted, where such claim is not barred by any legal obligation to retain this data.
